I live with my family in beautiful Victoria, BC, where I proudly embrace my "crunchy" side.
I love spending time by the ocean and enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds us. Whether I’m rowing on the water, exploring natural health and nutrition, or grounding my bare feet in nature, I find joy in simple, fulfilling experiences.
